Advantages of EMAIL:
* Speed
- it is an advantages of EMAIL because sending a letter through EMAIL means the letter reach the recipient in a speed of light. It is very beneficial especially for those letters that are written in eleventh hour and needed to reach or handed to a particular person at that particular time of the day. It's surpass the long way process of sending it through the Pose Office or a messenger.
* Flexibility
- it is an advantages of Email because you can send the letter any time of the day either during day or during at night while letter writing in a traditional way can't be done on evening because you cant simply ask someone of a middle of the night to hand the letter to the recipient or go to the Pose Office at night.

Disadvantages of EMAIL:
*Respectability
- it is a disadvantages of EMAIL because it shows or pays less respect to the reader/ recipient and it is an informal way of sending letter. It can only be advisable for not- so important letter and inter-office letter. In Addition to that, hard copy letter is more appropriate for a important letter.
*Reliability
- is a disadvantages of EMAIL because you cannot fully trust or confident that the letter arrive to that recipient for it may be delayed because of technical and error the computer itself encounter or the computer network.


Etiquette:

* Check Email & Reply Promptly
- one should regularly check EMAILS to be updated. you should check either you receive a response from the letter you sent before or to compose a follow-up one.
- one must reply promptly or directly after receiving the response because it gives the impression that you are interested to them.

In this subject it really help me to be more active, to stand with my own feet, to gain confidence in making all the activities, though somehow new which may sometimes hard...but i know all this things will be really important in dealing with business. Specially in applying a job, it is really a need that you can communicate well.through speaking and also with writing, you must also know how to used devices like this the computer,that you can manipulate it better.

--although i am new to this activity,but still i am trying

specially in the very beginning. know i am so thankful!
that finally i knew this, on how to make a blog,how to post,

This subject is somehow very interesting esp. to us accountancy students. In here, We are trained well in able to communicate fluently through writing and speaking. We gain more knowledge in how to be more efficient using words that are new to us. We gained knowledge on how to make a proper business letter. Without this subject, I know even though were intelligent enough in accounting field, people will see us less intelligent if we lack abilities in communicating which is taught in the subject business correspondence.

Actually I find it somehow hard but I believe in the quotation "there's no Ladder for success" and beside it's always difficult rather you need adjustment on something you are not used to.Thus, I ought to know all about it because it's what I'm going to do in the near future.
