" My First- half of the Semester ''

During this First-half, I can say that I'm having problem coping with the subject requirement but as we go on I can now say that I'm already can go with the flow and I'm definitely learning from time to time.Well, speaking of my classmate their very enthusiastic and were also helping each other to comply all the requirement at the given time.About my learning range, it's improve a lot especially the confident in facing other people especially those in authority and I learn a lot of things I'll be needing someday when I get my foot step on the real world of business. My instructor, Ms. Marian Alaba is very much help for us and she give us the introduction or a preview on the what's reality look like.Thus, we're thankful for her effort.

"My kind of Business"

Talking about Business, I always wanted to be engage in putting up my own Grocery Store. Honestly I wanted it to be a big one where you can find almost everything you need but for a start putting a small-size one wouldn't be that bad. Speaking of location, I want it to put up near my house so that the management won't be that hard.I prefer this kind of business because it's practical and it's a necessity for human especially today that the world is in crisis, people will likely buy things they needed the most and you can find it in the Grocery store like for example FOOD and beside Grocery Store offers a lot of things to buy.Perhaps I can make this dream come true 5-6 years from now. At that time I can already have enough saving for my capital.Partnership is a what I like to have because I want someone to share with. Around Php.70,000-Php.90,000 would be the approximate capital.

My Insight . .

business correspondence gives us more knowledge on how to communicate with people in business. we, accountancy students should really start practicing communicating because its one of the steps for us to have good job someday. If your good in communicating, people will see you more intelligent.

for myself: i know im not that good in communicating but with this subject, now i can say that i learned a lot and im more confident in speaking now.

to my classmates: were all learning right? that's great! lets keep on learning and see ourselves in the near future as successful individuals.

to my teacher: your really indeed a good instructor. all of us learned a lot from you. you have a good strategy in getting the students attention and letting everyone work and think. everyone's cooperating and gaining knowledge from you. im very thankful for the knowledge we gained. thank you so much ma'am! good day!

My Business Interest . .

I am very interested in studying a business management course with the addition of legal and financial studies. From a young age I have always had a keen interest in monetary matters and have also been intrigued by legal systems and how they work. I feel that combining one or both of these interests with business management will give me a sound footing to launch a career from in either legal or financial business sectors.

In the future, maybe 5 years from now. I would like to see my self working in such area's as the stock exchange or a business focusing on legal issues, such as contracts as this would interest me a great deal.

MY INSIGHT:
*in this subject about the business correspondence, it give me more
knowledge on how to deal with business, and what must be the personality
in joining into business, that you must be competent enough with a confident
and good posture.
*about myself all i can say is; i am indeed thankful in this subject since it
help me developed my skills in writing and speaking, which improved my confident
to face people.
*to my Classmates i am glad to be with you for this subject, we together learn
a lot of things, sharing fun at times and contribute each idea to finish a given task,
and making making noise as will.

MY BUSINESS INTEREST

Going into business,i am interested on a small grocery first,
just about 50,000 capital which be build in a rural place. As
my earning is always gaining, i will invest a share to another
business entity, and when i can save enough money i will find
someone who can be my partner in forming a new business,it
can my friends,my brother and sister or someone which in return
interested to work with me. We will build a new bakery and fast
fast food as will.All of this interest in business will exist a year from now.

MY BUSINESS INTEREST

My ideal business is a Restaurant, since this is what my parents want to have someday. I want to establish this business in a place where it is more in demand. Maybe 3 years from now, I will turn it to reality. This business organization maybe in a form of a partnership, since it is east to form. I want that my partners is just a family member or a family friend. More than five-hundred pesos is needed to use as the beginning capital. It's either from the distribution that will be collected or if ever the amount is not enough, it is also advisable to have a borrowed capital, just in case if necessary.

COURSE CONTENT

Business correspondence is very useful to us since we are in the field of business. It gives us the knowledge how to become more competitive in such field, especially having the ability to communicate well and to be more responsible.

ME MYSELF

At first, I experience some difficulties especially in those activities which are new to me. But since we have done enough discussion and apply it like in an actual case, compared before I am more confident now fulfilling the given task/ activity.

MY INSTRUCTOR AND MY CLASSMATES

Everything that I have learned from this subject is all because of our instructor. She is leading us to the actual happenings which everyone of us will surely encounter in a matter of time. Everything that has been discuss will not be possible without the cooperation of my classmates. Because of the different ideas that they have shared, it makes the discussion more interesting. Because of this instructor and students relationship, it leads us not only in a knowledgeable discussion but also to an enjoyable one.

Advantages and Disadvantages in using E-mail

ADVANTAGES

ECONOMY ~ the email/ message you want to send gets to the address you are sending it to almost instantly Free of charge, maybe its not really free of charge to those who dont have internet or computers at home. still, it will cost less that sending letters at the post office. - You can attach files (music, video, etc) to the email.

SPEED and SIMPLICITY ~  Excellent for record keeping, will always be in your inbox until you move it elsewhere or delete, therefore you don't have to write anything down and can look back on it at any time, which improves efficiency. We can send message in a few minutes only. the receiver will get the message right away. one of the advantage of writing through email is the speed. And the message is quite simple and complex.

DISADVANTAGES

QUALITY ~ we all know that quality beats quantity all the time. one of the disadvantage of writing an email is its quality. because of its simplicity, the message lack its formality in quality.

ACCESSIBILITY  ~  Securities are sometimes hacked. When a person wont be able to sign on for a long time on there account, thwere is a possibility that the email he/she is using will expire.

Managing spam is one of the biggest time wasters online.because it is futile act,doing things not necessary and your were also disturbing some people.
-Quality
Emails from people who don’t take the time to read what they write before clicking ‘send’. Time is wasted, either to clarify or, worse, acting on a misinterpretation of the message.
